just4mayce Update

The countdown has begun!!!

Here are some final details about Saturday that we thought you may all like to know. Hope to see you all there!

TICKET INFORMATION-1st ticket is $15.00 and each additional ticket is $10. Families of 6 or more people will pay $7.00 per ticket, per person. Children under 2 are free. Ticket reservations can be made in advance at just4mayce@yahoo.com. All reservations can be made until Friday, May 25th, at mid-night. You can also purchase tickets at the gates of the event from 2pm-7pm on May 26th.

*Admission prices include:
  1. A meal ticket that can be used at any time before 7pm(which includes a full meal and drink) provided by River City Catering/Stumpy's House of BBQ.
  2. A LIVE PERFORMANCE BY KEVIN SHARP, THE FAMOUS COUNTRY SINGER, AUTHOR, MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER, AND CANCER SURVIVOR.
  3. Cindy's Petting Zoo-which includes a large variety of animals that the children will be able to pet and feed.
  4. A Sponge Bob Square Pants Bounce House.
  5. A huge obstacle course provided by Party Bouncers and Beyond.
  6. Feather The Clown will be donating her services, including: balloon animals, face painting and performing magic tricks.
  7. Warrenton Police Department will have their safety pup mascot at the event, teaching child safety and they are also offering finger printing for child identification.
  8. Warrenton Fire Department will providing a number of different water games and will also have fire trucks there available for families to tour.
  9. Warrenton Arch Air Medical Helicopter will be landing at 3pm for approximately 1 hour for a public viewing of the helicopter.
  10. Red Robin will be there provided free lemonade and their famous freckled lemonade, the Red Robin mascot will also be there handing out free dinner certificates to all of the children.
  11. DJ services provided by Bryor Patch.
  12. Attendance prizes.

*Additional events not included in the price of admission are:
  1. Bingo-$5.00 per card, unlimited cards per game. There is a number of assorted prizes choose from.
  2. Washer Tournament-$20 per team -Cash prize -Sign-ups starting at 2pm and tournament to begin at 3pm.
  3. Balloon Launch at sunset, after Kevin Sharp's performance -50 cents per balloon, which you will be able to write a prayer, etc. on
  4. Basket raffle - Estimated # of baskets are at 50 -Raffle tickets for baskets can be purchased at $1.00 per ticket or $5.00 for 6 tickets. Raffles for all baskets will close roughly at 6:50 pm, before Kevin Sharp's performance.
  5. Silent Auction -Will start at 2pm and will also close prior to Kevin Sharp's performance. We have numerous silent auction items, some of which include:
  • A brand new NFL football signed by all of the St. Louis Rams players donated by St. Louis Rams Community Outreach Team
  • St. Louis Cardinals Basket with various items including 4 tickets, each valued at $85.00 per ticket
  • A Golf Basket with 4 admissions to Innsbrook Resort Golf Course and 4 admissions to Bear Creek Golf Course(both with golf carts included)
  • A Kentucky Tavern Straight Bourbon Whiskey Bar Mirror(Brand New)-approximately 3 foot by 4 foot-listing each Kentucky Durby winner from 1875 to 2006
  • A Titan NX-1 water dispenser that also includes a 2 cubic foot refrigerator donated by Mike Shrock with Ionics Water Systems valued at $1500.00
And so much more!!!!

Frosty's Treats-will be selling icecream as well as soft drinks and water with 10% of all sales being donated.

Additional snack items available at the snack stand include: popcorn, hotdogs, snow cones, ring pops......

Pencil Portrait Sketches - $5.00 for the sketch - $8.00 for the sketch in 4x6 wood frame.

Bracelet Table-you design your own!! - $5.00 each.

Cake Walk - 50 cents per round while supplies last. The cooks have been busy.
Pony Rides - $1.00 per ride.

The benefit is really coming together. Thank you to everybody who has been involved in setting this up and a big THANK YOU to all of our generous supporters. This event promises to be a great time in celebration of a beautiful spirit.

  • Petting Zoo * Pony Rides * Bounce House * Dunking Booth * Obstacle Course * Cake Walk * Clowns * Silent Auction * Basket Raffle * .....

  • Warren County Fire Protection District will also provide fun and games for the kids. They may get a little wet so be sure to bring an extra set of clothes.

  • Catered by River City Catering/Stumpy's House of Barbeque

  • Washer Tournament ($20 entry fee) * Cash prize goes to 1st place winner.

  • Bingo ($5.00 entry fee) * Many wonderful prizes to pick from.

  • Kevin Sharp will be performing an acoustical set at 7:00 p.m.


Advanced ticket reservations can be made by e-mailing just4mayce@yahoo.com. Ticket prices are $15 for the first ticket, $10 for each additional ticket and $7 per person for groups of 6 or more. Please include the number of tickets and ages of those attending. The tickets will be available to pick up at the gate.

Our little Angel Mayce has touched the life of 1,000's

As we all continue to pray for the Brower Family's strength. I would like to update everyone on the benefit that will conitue in the Honor of Mayce .

On April 18th The Brower Family was interviewed live on 99.9 . 99.9 did announce the big news of Kevin Sharp appearence at Mayce's benefit . Kevin is a inspirational singer and song writer you can visit his web site at www.kevinsharp.com the song we all know well is "know body know's" you can listen to it while visiting the website.
Kevin did pick our little Mayce's benfit over a event for Al Gore and his wife .I hope this is a eye opener for everyone that Mayce has touched the lives of so many e mile's away people that never met her just read about her.

On April 28th Royal Gate in Moscow Mills will be holding a BBQ in honor of Mayce everything raised that day will go to the Brower Family and this will give everyone the oppurtunity to buy tickets at lesser cost ...

May 26th (memorial weekend) The Big event, the benfit which will be held at Warrenton fairgrounds,

FUNERAL AND VISITATION

Visitation is Sunday April 15th: 4 pm to 9 pm at Hutchens Mortuary on Graham
Road in Florissant

Funeral is Monday April 16th: 10 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in
Florissant
For the mass, everyone will meet at 9:30 at Hutchens Mortuary then go to
Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Florissant.

Donations should STILL be made to the Mayce Leah Brower trust at US Bank,

Our little Angel Mayce ....

As we all struggle to ask ourselves why? Mayce is earring her Angel wings she has no tubes attached and free to roam holding Gods hand she is safe he is directing her and showing her around the new beautiful home of Heaven... Sarah, James and Devin now have the very own special angel to call on.. she can hear and see us all, she can play all day long, w/ no Dr's poking and prying at her she is pain free and flying high watching over all us. Please keep the family in your Prayers... Much love lots of prayer Nan
